Marte Röling & Partners

When her husband, well known psychologist and artist Henk Jurrians died, artist Marte Röling started painting him incessantly in the hope of keeping his memory alive. Fifty five paintings came out that period of grief and mourning, which resulted in an exhibition at the Museum de Fundatie in Zwolle. Today the paintings have returned home. A home Marte shares with three of her husbands lovers Adrienne, Alissa and Wanda, all artists themselves. At age 75 Marte Röling, is still vibrant and full of energy.
